The Values
Projec-Technique Ltd is a well-established and respected construction management business, whose directors, Giles Ruckert and Mark Wellbeloved, are inspired to offer a very personal service to their clients, by retaining absolute commercial and production control of projects, with single-point responsibility.
Although the characteristics of their personalities are diverse, Giles and Mark together produce a unique blend of attributes which has positively influenced the outcome of all their projects, in terms of time, cost and quality. By interacting personally with clients, and demonstrating their individual skills and expertise throughout the process, they soon build up and engender trust and confidence, essential ingredients in any meaningful relationship, so that a safe, professional environment is created.

The Business
From its offices in the south of England, the business offers an innovative approach to management and leadership of the construction process in alliance with the employer. Projec–Technique believe that this alliance ethos is crucial to the evolution of a more contemporary, creative culture for construction, in which practical, workable solutions incorporating acute business knowledge and high technical/commercial competence are achievable across a diverse range of projects.
Indeed, since its incorporation over eight years ago, Projec–Technique Ltd has earned an enviable reputation for delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
In conclusion and most importantly, Projec–Technique is founded on and inspired by an absolute commitment and belief in trust and efficiency at all levels of the construction process, only attainable by encouraging, supporting and valuing a professional and considerate team within the supply chain and project framework.
The History
Projec–Technique Ltd was registered on the 13th July 2001 and is wholly owned and directed by Giles Ruckert MCIOB and Mark Wellbeloved MRICS, MCIOB on an equal equity basis.
Prior to the formation of Projec–Technique, Mark and Giles had attained senior commercial and production positions with a number of leading national and international construction companies, working on a diverse range of projects within the UK, Europe and the Middle East.
Having then worked closely together for one of the UK’s leading contractors for five years, and each with the benefit of thirty years experience and expertise, they decided to address what they saw as a real need within the industry to improve trust and efficiency, and created Projec–Technique Ltd to integrate and synergise their multi–disciplinary skills to offer a more creative solution to the planning, procurement, implementation, direction, administration and control of construction projects.
